How do I calculate Daily Value percentages?
Daily Value (DV) percentages are calculated by dividing the amount of a nutrient per serving by the FDA-established Daily Value for that nutrient, then multiplying by 100.
For example, if a supplement contains 60 mg of Vitamin C per serving and the DV is 90 mg: (60 ÷ 90) × 100 = 67%.
ReguSift auto-calculates DV percentages based on current FDA reference values. See the step-by-step guide.
