Why is SVG better than PNG for labels?

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is a vector format that stores shapes as mathematical paths rather than pixels. This means it scales infinitely without quality loss — a 1-inch label and a 10-foot banner will both look perfectly crisp. PNG is a raster format made of pixels, so it becomes blurry or pixelated when enlarged beyond its original resolution.

For supplement labels, this distinction matters because labels are printed at various sizes: small supplement bottles, large protein tubs, and retail displays all require different physical dimensions. SVG ensures consistent quality across all of them.

ReguSift recommends SVG or PDF for production printing, and PNG only for digital previews at a fixed size. Can I export SVG?
